Earth Leaders: We cannot allow that. Earth is home to millions of humans and countless other species. What gives you the right to take it from us?
Alien Leaders: We have observed that humans treat animals as inferior beings, using them for their own purposes and consuming them without regard for their well-being. We see no reason why we should not do the same with humans.
Earth Leaders: That's a flawed comparison. Animals are not capable of the same level of consciousness and intelligence as humans.
Alien Leaders: But that is exactly the point. Humans consider themselves superior to animals because of their intelligence and consciousness. We consider ourselves superior to humans for the same reasons.
Earth Leaders: But we have laws and ethical guidelines in place to protect the welfare of animals. You cannot simply apply the same logic to humans.
Alien Leaders: We do not recognize your laws or ethics. We have our own code of conduct, which dictates that the strongest species should rule over the weaker ones. And as far as we can tell, humans are weaker than us.
Earth Leaders: This is unacceptable. We will not allow you to oppress us in this way.
Alien Leaders: Then you leave us no choice but to take what we want by force. You humans may be intelligent and conscious, but you are still no match for our advanced technology.
Earth Leaders: We will fight to protect our planet and our people.
Alien Leaders: So be it. But know that your resistance will only lead to your own destruction. We are prepared to use whatever means necessary to achieve our goal.
The dialogue ends with both sides at an impasse, and the fate of Earth hanging in the balance. It serves as a cautionary tale of the dangers of using superiority as justification for oppression, and the need for empathy and compassion in our interactions with other beings.

Obviously the libs have infiltrated the chat becahse any logical alien would understand that humans have a better sense of our reality and that's why we get to oppress them.

Merryn dashed into the alleyway, over a couple boxes and up the wall using some easily overlooked handholds. It had been another rough day at work. Ever since the Bladelaw crime ring had gotten broken up by the city guard, anti-Elfling sentiment in the city was running even higher than usual. The worst of their activities had been halted by their dissolution, but there were still many individuals and small cells who had been left scattered around Caberron who, without the structure that the Bladelaws provided, had turned to lesser crimes like con artistry and theft. Since a disproportionate number of members of the syndicate had been Elflings, especially among those lower in the ranks (even in the underground, the little ones were held back), this sudden upsurge in minor crime had caused a lot of people to become suspicious of all members of the race. A lot of people were purchasing anti-Elfling charms, and those who didn’t were rarely worth the effort of stealing from. Of course like most places Caberron had laws against barring members of a particular species from stores, so these charms skirted the bounds by merely discouraging interest from Elflings. They didn’t stop Merryn from doing her work, but she had to focus a lot harder on her targets.
She still had the upsides of being an Elfling at least. Her short, slight build, combined with her brown hair and skin made it easy for her to hide in the urban environment. Avoiding getting caught was as easy as ever. It just seemed like she was doing a lot more evading of law enforcement than she used to. The extra effort forced upon her by the ubiquitous charms meant she was having to sacrifice some of her usual care. She took a moment on the rooftop to make sure she still had the flyer she had grabbed, then dropped into the next alley where her hideout was located.
There was a small ‘thud’ in the doorframe next to her head after she opened the door. “Welcome home,” Ameli said cheerfully from in front of the sink. A pile of clean dishes was on the counter next to her. The knife was a bit of a game the two of them played, as well as a show of skill.
Merryn smiled and plucked the blade from the wood. “A good hello to you too. Though I’d suggest aiming higher in the future. That would have barely been above the waist of a Human man.” She gave the knife back to its owner.
“If I’d heard you coming from farther away I would have.” Only 14, the Human girl was already several inches taller than her mentor. Merryn wasn’t sure how she felt about having to literally look up to her young protégé.
The Elfling set her pack and the flyer on a table that was far cleaner than it had been when she left. “I see you’ve been busy while I was away. Glad I picked up some meat pies before getting back. I’d hate to ruin all your hard work with a bunch of cooking.” She pulled a few small packages from the outer pockets of her pack. “Do you want chicken or pork?”
Ameli came over to the table and ignored the pies, instead picking up the flyer Merryn had brought home. “ ‘Adventurers wanted’,” she read. “What’s this about?”
“Oh, just a poster I saw. If you don’t pick I’m taking the pork for myself.”
“I’m not hungry,” Ameli replied meekly. Her eyes darted up to meet Merryn’s gaze. “You’re not leaving, are you? This is in Riverrock. You can’t be leaving.”
Merryn sighed, grabbed Ameli by the shoulders and sat her down in a chair. “I wanted to eat first, but yeah I am. You know what things are like for Elflings in the city right now, and it’s probably gonna get worse before it gets better. All the anti-Elfling sentiment floating around is hurting honest workers even more than thieves like me, and they aren’t going to put up with it much longer if I’m to judge. Things are already hard, can you imagine what it will be like if the races start fighting each other?” She locked eyes with the girl. “It’s time for me to leave Caberron.”
Ameli lowered her head. “What about me? What will I do?” Her voice wavered slightly and Merryn could see tears starting to form. She felt bad. The poor girl had been through enough already between losing her parents and being used as a runner for a gang before Merryn was able to take her under her wing. Her head snapped back up. “You always said adventurers are foolhardy, and it wasn’t worth the risk of being eaten by a basilisk just for some coin!”
The Elfling didn’t answer right away. Instead she placed a chicken pie in Ameli’s lap and started unwrapping a pork one for herself before she replied. “You can come with me if you want, but I think you’d do better here. I’m planning to do an adventure or two to earn enough money to get to another city. You’ve learned a lot, but you’re not a fighter. You’ll be safer here.” She took a bite of her pie. “Hmmm, not too many people know how to use spices like this. I’m surprised she has so much trouble earning a profit. I’ll have to leave her a coin or two next time.”
Ameli’s body visibly relaxed. She looked back up at Merryn. “I can’t. I-I mean, you’ve taught me so much, but I’m not ready to do it on my own.”
“You’ve never had faith in yourself. You know what you’re doing, you just need to go out there and *do* if. Besides, what hurts me helps you. Everyone is keeping an eye out for Elflings, not Human girls. Look as innocent as you can and no one with even want to think that you’re out to steal from them.”
“I guess you’re right, but I’ll still miss you. I don’t want to be on my own again. This has been the best time of my life-“
Merryn cut her off with a hug. “Sorry, I should’ve talked to you about this sooner. I just didn’t know how to bring it up, and I didn’t have any real place to go until today. But I can’t stay here much longer without putting you in danger too.” She stepped back and took Ameli’s hands in her own. “Look, I’m not leaving right away. Let’s make the most of the next few days, I’ll take you to some places that I’ve been meaning to show you.”
“Okay,” came the choked reply. “Just…promise me one thing? Bef…before you go, pull that prank on Lord Caber that we’ve always talked about.”
They hugged again. “Promise. Now, are you going to eat that or can I have both?”

I don't feel like my life is where it is supposed to be. I feel like I have made bad decision after bad decision since I turned 17. And while they have seemed like they were good decisions at the moment they were made, I feel like the years have demonstrated that they were only good decisions in the short term, and that in the long term they were actually mistakes. This is contrary to how I felt in the moment, where I felt like I was making good long term decisions.
Now here I am at 50. I lost one grandfather at the age of 56, another at the age of 67. While both my parents lived into their 80s, neither one of them had exactly the best health, especially my mother, who had extremely limited mobility for more than 10 years. I live in fear that my days or weeks are really short and that I will die in misery...or worse, that being so miserable for so long will hasten my demise. What's worse, my wife recently had a near death experience and I am afraid that one of us will pass and the only thing we could say is that our marriage was "adequate".
I have been unhappy in my marriage for 10+ years (been married 20). Sure, there have been bright spots here and there over the past 10 years, but overall the level of intimacy and affection have been disappointing. My wife denied there was a problem until we finally had a discussion about the issues after my second therapy session. I explained the issues and she resolved to do better. I feel like so much time has been wasted, and it didn't help that she consistently shut me down for years when I tried to discuss this with her before. Despite her efforts though, I feel like we're trying to breathe life into the dead, and just putting on a brave face. My "emotional tank" feels like it has been on empty for too long, and not enough is being done to revive it. I feel like I have a roommate, a business partner, and a friend who likes to spend time with me on occasion. Her attempts at trying to fix things feel scripted, preplanned, and mechanical. It does not feel like there’s any real emotion behind her attempts at change, and she would be content to just going back the way things were between us before I told her how unhappy I was. Intimacy feels cold and forced, not warm, playful and loving like I remembered it was early on.
My thoughts are terrible and I am not sure what to do. Therapy (about three months worth at this point, once a week), feels like it is getting me nowhere. Instead of a raging dumpster fire, I feel like I am "in control" dumpster fire, but a dumpster fire none the less. The practical advice I receive of "be happy with what you have!" and "appreciate what you got!" seems vacant and placative, mantras people try to tell themselves so they don't feel like they are drifting deeper into the void. Sadness? Despair? Ennui? Unsure of the cause, I just know I want it to stop.
We have built so much...we have two wonderful children. One of them, is quite young. They keep me going and bring my joy, but it won't last forever...sooner or later the sadness with just overtake me, or the kids will move on and I will be 65 and thinking that now I have been unhappy and unfulfilled for 25+ years. We've talked about it, but my wife hardly seems dedicated to working on the marriage and making meaningful change. Instead, her focus seems to be doing "just enough" so that I am not unhappy and content. And yet, I know walking away isn't an option either, as the pain and sorrow it is likely to cause my children, and yes, my wife, isn't fair to them.
To my wife's credit, she understands the big stuff, like most people do. If I am in the hospital, she will come to me. If I am really, sick, she'll keep the house going until I recover. My car breaks down, she'll come pick me up. But that's where it ends. My mental health isn't good? She avoids me, and refuses to discuss it why I might be sad, or upset, or angry. Stressed at work? Find someone else to talk to. Lonely? Spend time with the kids, or the cat, is her solution. Date nights often us driving to a restaurant while she plays on her phone. Then she plays on her phone during dinner, then as we drive back home. I get maybe a couple dozen words out of her. I've tried to instill little rituals that supposedly help with building intimacy and affection, she bristles at them. Eventually she started doing them, saying "Well, you wore me down with your nagging, so I will do it." Which has made we swing back the other way and now I don't want to do any of them. Now she wonders why I don't want to do the things I was so insistent upon, like kissing her goodbye, or saying good night, when it used to be important to me.
Long ago I was involved in a serious, long term, long distance relationship. That relationship was good at first, but turned toxic, then emotionally and psychologically abusive, both ways. Despite how bad things got with that woman if she had asked me to marry her, or said yes to me when I asked her (we were always talking about marriage) I would have, but she hedged and played games, and eventually I walked away. Now I find myself constantly doubting that decision, reanalyzing that relationship, and trying to figure out where we would be, or even if we could have been, if I had stuck it out just a few months longer. My ex-girlfriend, having been out of my life more than 25 years, is constantly on my mind. In going down the rabbit hole, I have discovered that she is separated from her husband for more than 15 years, and he husband trots the globe with another woman. In my most absurd thoughts, I consider contacting her and seeing if there is any chance in rekindling a our old relationship that felt so right and true back then. I can't even look at photos of that woman now without bursting into tears and thinking I made a colossal mistake, despite knowing that my wife, early on, made me feel more secure (but not necessarily more loved) in our relationship than my ex ever did.
I feel like I am the only one putting in serious effort at a marriage repair. I feel like the clock is ticking and something needs to be done NOW to salvage the time left, and my wife does not understand the sense of urgency. She thinks that things will improve has the kids move out, but we're talking 12+ years before the youngest goes to college...I don't want to wait. I want to live NOW. I want to love NOW. I want to be happy NOW, not at some undetermined point in the future. This isn't working, I can't do it alone, and I am not sure what to do next.
I want to convince the wife to embrace ALL aspects of our life together now. This means embracing our marriage whole heartedly like we did when we first met. I want the ex out of my head for good. I don't want long for a reconnection, or spend any more time trying to figure out why the relationship didn't workout.
Is this something I just need to invest in the therapy on and give time for improvement, or is there some other way to make the necessary "shift" to get to where I feel like I should be? Or maybe I am continuing down the wrong road? Maybe I should reach out to the ex, who maybe having the same thoughts I am? Or maybe I should strike out in an all new direction? I'm not sure, I only know I don't want to wait, and I feel like I have no good decisions.

So as the title reads , yes. For clarification I (18 F ) am the youngest of 6 sisters. I have three sisters from my moms side and three from my dads side. I grew up with the sisters whom I share a mother with, but I barely know/knew the sisters who have the same father as me. They barely came around me , did anything with me or spent time with me. Even when my parents were together, except one. Even then , she rarely ever did things with me except took me to the movies or out sometimes with my nephew (her son) who was one year younger then me.
Anyways , I just recently turned 18 and what really bothered me was how they all of a sudden wanted to play the big sister role and they had offered to take me out to dinner for my birthday. I I tried to put aside the resentment and hate in my heart and give them a chance because I thought maybe they actually wanted to build a relationship with me. They made a group chat with me on iMessage and asked me what type of restaurant I wanted to go to. I’m not really a eating out type of person so I don’t really know alot of restaurants.
They had sent me a bunch of really nice restaurants as suggestions since I didn’t know what to pick. I picked a restaurant from the list of options they sent me , as it was a Caribbean restaurant and I liked a lot of the things they had on the menu. One of my sisters came to pick me up and we all met up at the restaurant we were going to including my dad. We had gotten inside and one of my sisters were late but as soon as she arrived , she had brought someone else with her that none of us had even known. I thought it was weird to bring someone to a family outing that we didn’t know but I didn’t want to make it into a big deal so I just shook the thought.
I was really quiet most of the time unless they spoke to me because I didn’t really know them and I barely saw them so I was really nervous and shy. Only person I felt comfortable around was my dad. I guess he noticed how uncomfortable I was and asked me if I was okay I said yes. Eventually i excused myself to the bathroom and I came back. They all proceeded to ask me now that I was 18 did I want to come with them to the strip club. I playfully said no and shook my head. But like I said my dad could see how uncomfortable I was. I just think it’s a little odd to ask your freshly 18 year old little sister did she want to go to the strip club.
They just proceeded to talk to me about a bunch of things that made me feel as though they were trying to corrupt me. And at this point I honestly just wanted to go. They made it seem like they had been reaching out to me trying to have a relationship with me when none of them ever hit my phone. And lying and making themselves look good. It hurt me a lot and made me resent them more. Especially after the dinner. They told me if I needed anything or wanted to do something with them to text them and let them know.
But when I asked if one of them would be willing to take me out to drive none of them responded except one saying she couldn’t but she pays someone to teach her son and she could give me her contact information. I told my mom about how I felt to see if I was overreacting but she agreed with my viewpoint. At this point, I Don’t really care to have a relationship with any of my sisters from my dads side. And I don’t want to have contact with them. I’ve made the decision to cut them from my life and I’ve blocked their numbers. Life’s too short for me to keep people around who don’t really care for me and let me down.

Yes, to be brave means simply living your life in your own conditions. It is just knowing when and where to say ‘No.’ Bravery is being honest to yourself.

I apologize that this is so long! Though in fairness I did quote a couple of passages. If you don't want to read all of this I understand. I would however like to ask you to at least read the last few paragraphs about Elle, Kou, and the girls relationships. I want to know if anyone else feels the way that I do and if things change in the future. Not spoilers, but if things evolve or does the chaste relationship continue.
Also I have a feeling the tea they mention is based on the real life tea Rooibos if you haven't tried I would recommend it. It is very good. Now on with the way tooooo long show.
I wish we had gotten to spend more time with Maki. She feels insecure, like something could easily take away her new life and her precious friends. She is desperate to have some kind of irreplaceable bond tying her to Kou. I guess she is happy about being in the Band of Knights but it doesn't really hit for me. It would be nice if there was some ceremony or maybe the all the knights could wear something. Like a ring. I am a little disappointed they didn't go with the collar idea just because I think girls in collars are attractive.
Sanae was Sanae. She didn't get much time in this one. I am curious how the two Sanae thing actually works, but I'm not going to get hung up on it, From the dialogue it seems like their thoughts and feelings are the same, they just express it differently.
Harumi was Harumi as well. Though I did like it when she realized Clan was in love with Kou.
I got further down writing this and realized Kiriha didn't have much to do in this one either then I remembered the strip scene. I don't know how that was worded in Japanese but that was obviously a setup. The same effect could of been had if he had asked her to take off her shirt and would of been much more logical for someone to say in that situation. Still Kiriha knows what he meant and happily complies. She even calls him onii-chan, though not loud enough for anyone else to hear.
I liked that she asked him to cook the meal they had when they first met. It was also interesting that both she and Clan were a little sad that the parts of Kou they could keep to themselves were slowly being shared with everyone.
I'm glad Shizuka got some time to shine in this one. Learning how her parents died, Seeing her at the family grave and her interaction's with Kou there were great. I liked watching her fall in love. She so quickly went from being friends with Kou to feeling like her place in the universe was by his side and that she would be safe and protected. She didn't fight it at all, she embraced it.
The description of the fire was intense. I could hear the house collapsing around her and feel the heat. I think it was very well researched.I would have like to see Kou tell her about Alunaya rather than learning about him the way she did. I was a little worried about her accepting his power, that there would be some consequence or she would distance herself from Kou and the rest of the girls. Should've known better, this series seems to stay on the bright side of everything.
On the way home Kou telling her that he only had borrowed power as well was an important moment. For him I think it was the first time he had every said that to someone he cares for, and for her it made her realize strength is more than what you can accomplish on your own. I loved it when they told each other they had saved the other. I was surprised when she told Kou she loves him, and more surprised when he said it back. I think she is the first girl he has said that too. It also led me to a question that I'll ask at the end.
Kou realizing Yurika's marriage points were OVER 300!!!! was quite amusing, more so when it was announced all the other girls were up there as well. I found it interesting that he thought the Band of Knights would solve that problem. It feels like he is going to try and hide from his feelings for the girls and use the band as a substitute for having a real romantic relationship.
I was thinking Yurika's dreams were a premonition or remembering past lives. I didn't think it had anything to do with the game. It was nice to see Yurika strive for something. Once again she only got as far as she did because of her friends helping her. It was also interesting to see how much Theia had changed in the year.
I think the time on Forthorth answered some questions but made me ask even more. I felt really sorry for Elle. It was nice to see the monument Alaia left in the cave. Which begs the question of how Alia knew where they were. Seeing Kou and Clan talk about how hard it was to leave their friends in the past and kou cry about it was nice to see. I loved it when the fight was about to begin Clan is so un-worried, "Yeah, he'll win" she is his partner after all. I would love to see Clan and Kou have a real heart to heart talk.
Elle falling for Kou so fast was understandable. I wonder if he was the first person she had ever met that felt the same tug between duty and desire. She said a fiance was picked out for her, I wonder if she loved him or not. Sounds like she didn't. Which is convenient as it avoids dealing with messy feelings. I was kind of hoping Kou would tell her about Theia in some way rather than accidentally overhearing it but I guess not. I'm still wondering how she knew to build everything the way she needed too and choose Ruth to be Theia's guardian.
Seeing Clan have a really close friend was nice too. Elle was also very insistent on being Kou's wife. Considering how she kept bringing it up I wonder if she hasn't given up yet. Clan and Elle have this conversation on the bridge

Elfaria and Clan both turned to look at Koutarou. He was currently in the middle of a serious discussion with Theia and Kiriha.He didn’t look like the high school boy Satomi Koutarou, but the legendary hero, the Blue Knight. It was the version of him that Clan had monopolized until today.
“In fact, I’m more worried now.” “That’s true. We’re currently in a very serious situation, and―” “No, no, I’m not worried about that.”
Clan had assumed that Elfaria was worried about the coup d’etat. However, she smiled and shook her head. That wasn’t whatwas on her mind.
“Whatever happens with the coup d’etat happens. And if I am defeated walking alongside the Blue Knight, then so be it. As long as I do my best for the citizens, then I will have no regrets.”
“Then what are you worried about?” “That girl. The one who called herself Harumi...” “You’re worried about Harumi?”
It turns out what Elfaria was worried about was the girl behind Koutarou listening in on the strategy meeting, Sakuraba Harumi. But Harumi didn’t look like a threat to Clan. She couldn’t understand why Elfaria was concerned.
“She looks just like the Silver Princess. It’s like she’s her very reincarnation.” “Surely that can’t be... She might be able to control Signaltin and it’s true she has Alaia’s memories... But Harumi is her own person; she’s not Alaia-san.”
“If I had met you first... If... I had asked you to help me first... what would >you have done, Koutarou-sama?”
“What?”
“That’s what the Silver Princess said before Layous-sama left. I found it recorded in the history of the translation device that came with the data you gave me from the armor.”
Twenty years ago, Elfaria had asked Clan for the data from Koutarou’s armor. Since the data had direct recordings of important history to Forthorthe, it was something she was eager to get her hands on.
“Harumi met him before anyone else, and now she is serving as the Silver Princess’s replacement. There’s nothing I’m more worried about than that.”
Elfaria flashed a pained smile. If that wasn’t by pure chance, then what did it mean? There was nothing that worried Elfaria, who wished for her daughter’s happiness, more than that.
“...Fate might not be on Theia’s side.” “There’s no need to worry, Your Majesty.”
However, Clan wasn’t worried like Elfaria was. Now it was Clan’s turn to smile.
“Even if your worries come to fruition, Veltlion isn’t so simple a man that he’d accept just Harumi.” “You sound confident, Clan-san.” “I guess you could call it a woman’s intuition.” “Well, that’s a problem. It seems I’ve found yet another reason to worry.” “I won’t back down easily, you know?” “My, my, heehee... But still, it feels very strange to hear Schweigers’ daughter speaking of a woman’s intuition.”

She is Theia's mother after all do you think Theia, would ever let anything happen to keep her from being with Kou? While I do think Elle wishes for Theia's happiness above all else. I think there is a not so small part of her that hopes she can join Ruth and Theia. As she has said multiple times, she is really good at preparing the ground work
One of my favorite scenes is at the end (by the way I would love more scenes like this between Kou and the girls) when Elle and Kou are drinking tea. and Kou is about to ask her if she still loves him and he chickens out

“Hey, Elle.” “Yes? Do you not like the taste?” “That’s not it... Do you still—”
Koutarou was about to ask something, but he changed his mind midsentence.
“Do you know that you’re still beautiful?”
In the end, he said something else. What he was about to say at first was >something that required a great deal of courage to say to someone far older than >him, even if she looked young.
“My...”
Elfaria blushed a little and smiled happily. As she did, she really did look like >her younger self. She looked just like she had twenty years ago.
“That’s right, Layous-sama. I have snacks as well.”
“I know your game. I bet they’re spicy.”
“Would you like to eat them together?”
“Only one at a time.”
“Teehee, okay.”
It was a clear Sunday afternoon. The sunlight was shining in through the window on Koutarou and Elfaria. Only their calm voices could be heard inside of the normally noisy apartment. The only other sounds were the ticking clock, the cars driving by in the distance, and the singing birds just outside. It was a gentle, calm, and quiet Sunday.
“These are pretty good when you only eat one at a time.” “That’s how they are. I still... love them.”
And so Koutarou and Elfaria spent their first weekend together in twenty years like no time had passed at all.

So I think Elle still loves him and wonder what Kou's feelings are and what he would say if she told him. Also how would that work between mother and daughter? Would they think nothing of it and welcome her or not? Honestly if she still has feelings for him it would be too sad if they didn't welcome her in. Every girl that has fallen for Kou has fallen hard, in that eventually they get to the point that if he died they would stop functioning. With the way Theia's birth was described it makes it easy to say Elle has never loved another man. Her living her whole life like that is heartbreaking. Alaia did as well but at least she could stay by his side as Signaltin. Luckily Charl was too young or the Mastir line would be cancelled.
This brings me to kind of my biggest complaint maybe or realization about this series. While all these girls are head over heels in love with Kou, they all seem content to stay by his side and bask in the warmth of his presence, but nothing more.
Except Yurika. But that doesn't look like it will happen again, as she got embarrassed just holding his hands this time.
It just seems so chaste, so sanitized. I don't want graphic depictions of sex acts but something beyond hand holding something not so perfect and clean would be nice. Something a little more real.

At my job, and most jobs, having your phone out on the floor is not allowed and can put you into disciplinary action.
I was told this during orientation and I’m sure the guy that got hired a few weeks ago was told the same thing when it’s also in bold print in the booklet HR gave us to “not use your phone on the floor”.
As I was walking back to my area, where he also works, I pass my manager, exchange “hello”s and keep walking. I notice that they were still in the area 10 mins later and that’s when I noticed my coworker with their phone out. So I thought, “I keep my phone in my pocket, he should too to be fair” so I refused to warn him that the manager was nearby.
Not even a minute later the manager notices him on his phone, approached him and questioned him. I felt happy that they found out and confronted him. It felt satisfying to know justice was served. But AITA?

1: Try task with Azov 64131 and quickly realize truck is too big. 2: Use Tuz 420 and drop Scout back into water as you are going up hill. Try to winch Scout up hill and out of the water and then have the Tuz fall in and sink. Recover. 3: Send in the LoadStar 1700 and promptly flip it and kick yourself because you forgot to equip Autonomous Winch. Recover. 4: Read how other people did it on Reddit. 5: Return with my own Scout 800 and immediately drive it into the water and blow the engine because I was distracted for .5 seconds by a phone call. Recover. 6: Drive Scout 800 balls to the wall up to Drummond Island and clip the post right by the gateway. Yeet said truck into the 5th dimension. Watch it spaz for a few mins. Recover. 7: Drive Scout 800 like my grandma back to the pit and carefully winch stuck Scout out. Get part way out and have my rescue truck tumble down into the water because I had the roof rack on. 8: Stare at the screen and ponder if there’s a helicopter mod. 9: Bring in P12 with heavy crane. CAREFULLY back in behind house and gently pull my Scout 800 out of the water and set it down gingerly on the driveway. Then pick up the dead Scout (from the bumper) and lift it as high as possible. Drop on roof of house. Pick up and drop a few more times for good measure. 10: Use P12 to drag Scout back to drop off site. Take care to make sure the winch is far enough out that you can smack the Scout off of the guardrails on every corner. At delivery site, lift Scout to maximum height and drop it in yellow square.

So my BIL (31m) has been with my sister (38f) for 15 years now. They met in a online game we used to play and he moved from his country to ours. He came to live on my parents house since my sister and him couldn't still afford a place of their own.
Well, he seemed very polite and friendly at first and we used to play videogames all together so we would get along fine. But then as time went by I started to notice some red flags, like him talking badly about our mom for example or him just not helping at all at home.
After 2/3 years they moved to their place and I could see my sister was happy to start their own journey so I was happy for her too, I thought to myself maybe be was just going through some issues at that time he was with us.
But I realized he continued to get worse and worse. He would belittle me but made it like he was just joking around. It got worse when I got a boyfriend. He is 10 years older than me and he started making fun how old he was. Fine, I can take that.
But over the years it has gotten worse and WORSE. He is always judging us and saying we make bad choices in our life, he talks to me like he is some kind of experienced elder and gives me advise on life that I should follow and me and my boyfriend can't seem to have a conversation with him without him attacking us, like if we say we got a new phone, he says that that phone sucks and how much his is better. We often have arguments about how he says what we are saying is wrong and talks with us with such a mockering and hurtfull tone that I just start to boil inside and I just feel like to tell him to fuck off. When this happens lately I just give up on the conversation and go talk with someone else or leave to do something. My boyfriend still keeps insisting with him but I think he should just do the same as I.
In all this, my sister, who is a playfull person sometimes goes along with him but she doesn't persist on the argument like he does and she doesn't talk in such a arrongant way. We even stoped playing videogames with him because he would usually just be a troll trying to kill us or destroy our base in survival games that we were supposedly playing as co-op vs PvE.
It almost feels like he is jealous of me and my boyfriend, I don't know...
I really don't know how their relationship is going because my sister doesn't really like to talk about it and me and my bf are living abroad but they often have arguments and it's usually because he did something childish or irresponsible. How for example he always drinking at social events but doesn't know how to stop which usually leeds to him throwing up and my sister needs to leave early because he is felling sick. This happens a lot more than it should, it's not just a once in a while situation.
They recently had a son and he loves to complain about how hard it is and tells me and my bf that when he decide to have a son, our life is basically over because we can't do anything anymore...he tells us this but almost all weekends he goes bike riding and leaves my sister with my nephew alone... Although I think she might like this alone time without him. He also told my sister he doesn't want another kid but she already told me that would like to have another baby.
Anyways today I really got pissed. Our mother (f64) passed away with a sudden death 4 days ago and today we went to her funeral. It was very hard but after the funeral we were just trying to be positive with each other and trying to have a normal chat but this guy just started an argument with us with something me and my boyfriend were sure about and how he was wrong. Man, I just wanted to punch him so badly, like he was being so arrongant and cocky even in a day like?!...
But yeah honestly me and my boyfriend are getting really tired of him and just wanted some advice on what to do. I don't want to put my sister in an unfair place, I would really like for us to get along but we fell like we just can't. I am also pissed how he sometimes treats my sister and seems really selfish to her...So what to do in a situation like this?

Anyone experienced obsessive thoughts about a specific friend? Like, thinking about them all the time, thinking about your interactions, what went wrong, obsessively thinking about changing the stupid things you said around them. Frequently bringing them up in conversations with other people. self thoughts changes from me to me conversations to me to them conversations. You don't imagine their answer or response you just think as if you're talking to them instead of yourself and other obsessive thoughts that revolves about your friend and maybe constantly dreaming of them. I had this and it's tiring and i can't stop and when i search i find limerence, Obsessive love disorder and relationship ocd but i just can't relate to those. I'm entirely not interested in them romantically nor feel like i want to own them. Don't wanna take them from their other friends nor i want to only take and not give. I also feel bad for them as it sounds frightening to have someone obsessively think about you all the time and dream of you almost daily but i genuinely don't know how to stop or label this

In February, Rockstar confirmed that development of Grand Theft Auto VI is well underway. In July, the TakeTwo subsidiary publicized that it would no longer work on Red Dead Redemption 2 or its online offering to focus on the development of the next title in the mega-popular GTA series. Despite this, talking about the next installment in the 25-year-old franchise is discouraged, at least on the official Twitch channel of Rockstar Games. This follows behavior the company started exhibiting on YouTube as well.
When users attempt to type GTA VI or GTA 6, they are greeted with the message that appears when a banned word or filter is applied on Twitch channels – "Your message wasn't posted due to conflicts with the channel's moderation settings." Publishers hushing people on their own platforms about titles is nothing new. Wild speculation can often draw attention to things the developers may not wish to reveal or may not have information about yet.

Grand Theft Auto VI is not expected to be available until sometime in 2024. The belief right now is that Rockstar wants to focus marketing on the Grand Theft Auto Online portion of their business. GTA Online has shown a regular player base and persistent earnings for the company. There's potential for a loss of funds if people's focus is shifted away from what is currently earning them money.
There is very little known about the new title. Some people have ventured guesses that we may see a return to Vice City, the fictional city based on southern Florida cities in the United States. As of right now, the only information anyone has from Rockstar for sure is that it is being worked on. Anything else is most likely speculation.

There are also concerns that Rockstar employees are not necessarily staying on very long right now. This follows some trends that have been occurring recently in the game development world. Poor worker treatment at Activision-Blizzard led to employees at one of its subsidiaries forming a union. Hopefully things remain stable enough at Rockstar and TakeTwo for GTA VI to arrive on time, though.

I'm just gonna vent this out here but I personally do not like it when people play pranks like that in relationships. (We weren't official but still we liked eachother and was close on making it official.)
Her phone and laptop were broken by her 24 year old brother "apparently" and we both promised we'd catch-up when she was able to text again. This was long distance and we only met one since haha we met through a dating app and she had to move hours away recently due to family issues. So I was going to wait till the 3rd of April so that we could talk again.
2 weeks into this month, I was overthinking a lot as I kept having my negative thoughts telling me she'd lose interest because I loved the chemistry and bond we had... I really did. When she texted me saying "Let's not talk anymore." (Through her sister's phone) I was having major anxiety and quickly told my parents and friends because haha I panic easily. I'm very sensitive.
For some reason I lost my appetite, my Dad was away abroad so I was home alone. It was so hard to cope especially when I was alone but my Mum came to check up on me when I told her about the situation. And I was supported so that was good. 4 days after she decided to text me saying "It was an April Fools prank :)" and at first I was relieved but then I felt embarassed because I said the truth about us and how I really felt. There was too many excuses and I wanted to have a second date with her but too much obstacles in the way. All of my frustrations about us not talking for a whole month got in the way.
It is honestly stupid to call it an "April Fools" prank when it isn't even April yet like wth. I didn't even find it funny. I sent voice messages and I have to admit I was very emotional and expressive. She wouldn't be able to check the messages until the day after but it was too late I was starting to give up because I liked this girl so much.
She barely empathised. All she said was "Tbh it was funny." THAT'S IT. THAT'S ALL SHE SAID AND SHE KEPT SAYING "I'm sorry." THAT'S ALL. I even confronted to her about the prank and I stated she should've been careful about the timing of the prank and she still said "I'm sorry." didn't even acknowledge it properly and I started to sense she didn't give a crap. Then my trust over her completely died down, I started acting more frustrated about how she decided to make me suffer for 4 days. I have uni and couldn't concentrate.
Tbf 2 days after she was still playing along with the prank saying "Give me time. I still don't have a phone." and then said "All I'm saying is don't get your hopes up." when I expressed myself because I genuinely cared about her. And then took her 2 more days to tell me it was a prank.
When I gave her a whole paragraph saying that I didn't find the prank funny and expressed myself, she started saying she lost feelings for me because I was being cringy by calling her the nickname I call her which she used to like me calling her. And that honestly was where I drew the line. I was getting played so hard that all of my respect towards her just went down the drain. She still thinks the prank was funny and we decided to actually not talk to eachother. But then yesterday she decided to text me again saying "Like I thought we could just stay as good friends but u have to be a dick."
I'm not surprised because she said "It was a joke literally chill." Showed me her red flags tbh.
TL;DR Definitely a narcissist.
